Another video of the Land Rover Challenge series where High Level TV provided it facility along with a mini helicopter to Telegraph TV. This time England versus France in to compliment our Six nations Challenges this coming weekend at Twickenham.

Land Rover Challenge for Six Nations Rivals with Will Greenwood

High Level TV provided the aerial filming services for the Land Rover Challenge where a number of Ex International rugby players from the six nations take on Will Greenwood in an off road challenge.

Both our mast mounted vehicles and a miniature unmanned helicopter were used.

Michael Jackson Poster Breaks Guinness World Record

December 9, 2010

High Level TV were commissioned to film (in HD) a birds eye view of the setting out of a new record breaking poster for the Michael Jackson Album being released on the 13th December 2010. The footage was incorporated into a production that is on you tube.

The poster broke a Guinness World. Filmed 8th December 2010 in a field at the end of Heathrow Airport 09L runway. The poster will be seen by people taking off on 09L an arriving on 27R

Shooting a narrative short film on the iPhone 4

We came across this article on Philip Bloom’s site this morning and felt it was worth posting here.

“Why you are asking would anyone chose to shoot with an iphone 4, especially someone with all the toys at their disposal? Well the challenge to be honest. Can something so small, with so many limiting functions be used to shoot a film and be made to not look like it was shot on the iphone? I think so and so do my collaborators on this project the Reece brothers. They came to me a couple of days ago and asked if I would be interested in working on this. I thought about it, asking myself “do i really want to try and shoot something proper on such a limited device?” and the answer was why not! I know I am going to dying to go back to my 5Dmkii after this and forgive the flaws it has…but this will be fun.
