Headed up by Ian Leslie, an experienced broadcast industry specialist, with a background in the industry spanning over two decades, High Level TV has been established to provide a unique service in the field of Film and TV production and outside broadcast programme making.
High Level, already successful in the area of mast mounted camera technology with High Level Phtography and now under Ian’s management, has been developing the high level camera / aerial filming solution to address the very specific needs of the Film and TV production and outside broadcast industry.
It took eighteen months of selecting, specifying and trialing the equipment needed to make the High Level TV system perfect for production companies and broadcasters.
Fully launched in 2009 High Level TV is providing Film and TV productions companies and outside broadcasters with an “on location” affordable aerial filming service to enable the capture of the birds eye view or top shot.
The 26 metre mast based vehicles, which are quick to set up and re-position, are the basis of the high level system and are a serious alternative to cherry pickers and offer a competitive solution where budgets don’t allow for traditional helicopters.
The fully controllable pneumatic mast mounted, quick to set up, vehicles enable production companies to obtain top shots in outside locations that previously would have been either expensive or logistically difficult.
