Film Tax credits called for Childrens TV by House of Lords

The House of Lords have called for film tax credits to be extended to amongst others, childrens TV.
It’s being suggested that the minimum 18% tax relief for UK films is to be applied to all children’s and animated television productions on a pilot basis.

Filming In London Special Offers for 2010
In 2008, the London Filming Partnership agreed to look at the cost of filming in London. Film London hosted a forum to discuss the issues surrounding charges, and a number of working groups were established following this.
As a result of this work, the London boroughs have committed to a greater level of transparency on charging and several members of the Partnership are now offering discounts and incentives.

Jade Goody Funeral High Level TV News Feed

High Level were at Jade Goody’s funeral on the 4th April 2009 and provided a High Level Aerial shot to both Sky News and The Sun Online.
High Level TV were attending the event with three vehicles, with both still and video cameras, High Level had a request from Sky News to provide them with a constant High Level shot of the Church, crowds and the funeral cars arriving. For a sample of this see our High Level TV Jade Goody Sky News Feed This feed was also supplied to the Sun for them to mix in with their live stream of the funeral.
Sky News used a large portion of this footage during live tranmission of the Church Service and also used some in the News Packages during the evening news summaries. Video will uploaded soon.
The other vehicles were on site with stills cameras and are available on Rex Features web site www.rexfeatures.com
Some of these pictures have been in the News of the Word and The Sunday Mirror both print and online
Our second vehicle was placed very close to the Church entrance where the coffin and mourners entered the church. Sky News requested to place a camera and man on the roof of the vehicle to give a raised view of the scene. We were happy to oblige.

Although we won’t have a stand at the BSC show this year High Level TV will be in attendance and will look forward to meeting some old and new faces. The vehicle will be in the car park and we will be happy to show any prospective customers the High Level TV aerial filming system.
High Level TV BVE Show First Day

Thank you to all of you who visited our stand on the first day of the show. We had a great amount of interest in our service offering. We had a good interest from European attendees and look forward to working on some new and exciting Aerial Filming projects in the very near future.
We showed a few new services alongside the launch of High Level TV Service.
